Grande Plunge Pool Butler Suites are the largest of all the suites, with 1900 sq feet of indoor and outdoor living space, offering a huge furnished living area, an additional discreet television hidden into the bedroom frame, a wrap-around fully-stocked wet bar, an outdoor shower, and a king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

The Greathouse Restaurant (a la carte with indoor and outdoor dining, refreshed menus and infused with dishes during lobster season with no additional cost). Poolside cocktail and hors d’oeuvre service. Additional a la carte dining venues are available at the 4* Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa, 'Silk' Asian Fusion, 'Calabash' Caribbean Creole, 'Trattoria' al fresco Italian, and oceanfront 'La Luna'*. The casual favourites from Jerk Treehouse can also be brought to you by your personal butler throughout the day every day of the week. Plus enjoy 7 bars including the Peter Johns Rum Bar complete with sky terrace, and the idyllic Paradise Beach Bar with dramatic ocean views from your rustic bar swing.

Our butler Kaisha planned a great itinerary for us that featured an awesome. blend of some really cool experiences but also the chance to just relax and soak in our first few days as a married couple. The staff definitely goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great time. One anecdote to share, I celebrated my birthday on the trip and the staff decorated the room with balloons and specially designed the dinner table that night in honor of my birthday as well. Sabby was our server the first night and every time we saw her the rest of the trip, she made sure to come over and just check in how our experience was going, hear about what we had done that day and just being a friendly face on the Island. The same goes for Natoya. She was always up for chatting about what excursion we had come back from or a drink we wanted to try. The towel animals were another great touch as well and we always looked forward to coming back to see what the towel animal was that day. The food and drinks were top notch and there is plenty of different options to try. We will definitely be back down the road. Read less

My husband and I went here to celebrate our honeymoon. Let me tell you - the staff is AMAZING. They were kind, and welcoming, and truly made every effort to help the stay be as wonderful as possible. Our butler Narissa went above and beyond to make sure we were not only comfortable, but she also made sure we had a romantic stay. After our couples tour of the mud baths, waterfall, and botanical gardens she even had a bath adorned with rose petals ready for our return! Other amazing staff that we absolutely must mention: Kevin, Lee, NaToya, Charles, Joella, and Ray. Kevin, NaToya and Ray especially were our most frequented staff for awesome drinks at the bar, but all staff did so much in many different ways during our stay from dining to questions about activities to getting us ready to party! We stayed for 6 days and it was just a little too short. We really would've loved an extra couple of days to enjoy all of the on-site activities and special dinners they host. We found that most of the couples staying here were also on their honeymoon or celebrating milestone anniversaries. The atmosphere was very relaxing but fun as well. And for those that like to party, the sister resort has plenty of late-night activities which are open to all Serenity guests. We particularly enjoyed the All-Adults Bubble Pool Party with DJ which we happened across on a Wednesday night around 10pm. It was wonderful having the privacy and exclusivity of being in the more intimate space at Serenity but still being able to explore the full resort. If you are coming to the resort you can't miss out on special dinner event nights (for us it was Wednesday and Friday but it could change seasonally, I'm not sure) and you have to try the Jerk Treehouse for lunch! Special shoutout to Sharnil for encouraging us to try the fish because WOW was it good. Couldn't recommend this place enough, and I'm sure we will be back hopefully celebrating a milestone anniversary sometime in the not so distant future. Read less

You can have private time away from others in the killer rooms, outdoor area, and plunge pool that each suite has, but you can also socialize and enjoy activities with others at Serenity or from the broader Coconut Bay resort. Our butler, Kert, was amazing and helped us booking experiences off of the resort and anything else we needed help with. we highly recommend the private beach cabanas offered. We were not used to having someone there for us 24/7 so it was most definitely an adjustment but a great one. The staff by the pool, especially Kevin, kept us engaged and happy the whole time. Kevin was such a great part of the trip and the one day he was not present while we there was a boring day. All staff members at this resort did an excellent job at ensuring our trip was running smoothly. The kitchen staff was phenomenal as well, I don’t think either of us have eaten so much like we did on this trip. The true talent of the chefs is mesmerizing and that’s an understatement. This resort and the island surrounding it are beautiful beyond compare. Read less
