I went there just for 1 day so could tell my friends about the experience. Well, the service from staff was very dissapointing... No customer service. They all need some training. The only thing I enjoyed was the spa! Great job spa team! Restuarant needs better management. Read less

We are a family with two young teens. We loved our week at Bay Gardens Beach Resort. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We arrived with one of us in crutches and they made a huge effort to find us a ground floor room, which was much appreciated. The room was large and comfortable, just steps from a beautiful beach with ample shade and gorgeous water. Our kids loved the water park, the paddle boards and beach volleyball set up on certain days. The resort is small and not crowded, except on the beach midday with cruise ship guests. We never had to wait at the bar or to be seated at the restaurant, or for spots on the beach with umbrellas. The restaurant is on the beach and open air. The food is very tasty and the menu changes every day- mostly à la carte but there are two themed buffet nights. Service is excellent at the bar and in the restaurant, except that the food can take a very long time. We came prepared with cards and ordered cocktails and it was fine. The resort is very close to Rodney Bay. Walkable and very safe. There is also a shuttle between the resorts, which we made use of to get to/from town and to try Spices, the restaurant at one of the other hotels. There are a few nearly nature sites and activities that are fantastic. Very important- note that the all-inclusive option booked directly with the hotel is different than that booked through Expedia. The Expedia all-inclusive does NOT include the dine-around program and the spa vouchers. This was not at all clear when we booked online and we were disappointed on arrival. Overall, great little resort that I would recommend to families and couples. Read less

Bay Gardens Resort and Spa is an excellent choice for a stay in St. Lucia. The facility is CLEAN, staff is warm and friendly, food is good, and location is excellent. If the beach being steps away from your room is important to you-then this is the place to be!
