435 suites across the resort, all have a contemporary design with modern furnishings. Another wonderful 2 week vacation at Haven (May 1-May 15, 2024.) This was our 3rd vacation at Haven in a year. That should tell you how much we enjoy vacationing at Haven. We have stayed in building 1 & 4 SC ocean front previously. This trip we were in building 8. SC ocean front 3rd floor. At first we weren’t thrilled to be in building 8 as it is a little further from the main area of the resort. We found out quickly that building 8 was great. The building is newer and has much more storage space. The room felt larger to us. Not sure if it was or not. We were in a corner room which had great views. We spent every day at the SC pools. Which was a very convenient location to our room. As was Tahani where we had breakfast every morning. We are returning in December and our hoping to get building 8 again. For second time in a row we had Sergio “Serch” Sarquis as our butler. He is absolutely awesome!! Serch is very attentive and goes the extra mile to make sure we had a perfect vacation. Even touching base with us on his day off. Definitely hoping to have Serch as our butler every time we are at Haven. He is a great ambassador for Haven. We were thrilled to see to once again our good friends Tessa @ Flavors - breakfast & lunch; Ericka @ Flavors- breakfast & lunch; Aurelio @ Vora Mar; Ernesto – pool waiter; and, Anna at the resort boutique. We were disappointed that we did not get to hook up with Christian Ramirez this trip. This trip we really enjoyed becoming friends with Leo @ Flavors – breakfast & lunch; Jesus @ Tahani & Flavors; - breakfast, lunch & dinner; Victor @ Tahani – dinner; Ivan - SC pool waiter; Maria - SC pool waiter; and, Nelly who made our room so comfortable every day. There were many more wonderful staff that we came in contact with whose names we do not recall and we feel badly about that. They definitely deserve a huge shout out. The cleaning crews, pool crews and grounds keepers work really hard to keep the resort in tip top shape. Haven is very blessed to have such wonderful and loyal staff members. As I’ve mentioned in my two previous reviews. The only con for us is the food served at the evening meals. We feel the food is underwhelming and tasteless. We have had much better food at other All-Inclusive’s we have stayed at. The menus have been the exact same all three visits. We would love to see an improvement in the food. Haven is a wonderful resort. Very well groomed and clean. We love the clean lines of the architecture. Large guest rooms. Lots of areas to congregate throughout the resort. No extra charge for pool & beach beds. Numerous pools. Plentiful beach towels. 15-20 minute drive from the airport. Read less

Ehidan (Big Daddy) was an amazing host. He played a game of ping pong with me which made me feel very welcome. He’s awesome and needs a raise. I will definitely recommend this resort to my friends. Ehidan is an amazing employee and this resort is great fun to have him. Thanks for everything ❤️

We are definitely thinking of going back and I will definitely request Paco again because he definitely made our stay, the Italian restaurant was by far our favorite restaurant except for the buffet and the 24 hour room service was great too. The room Big we had an ocean view and the cleaning staff was amazing making our room smell amazing! Drawback was a couple incident at the bars, requesting top shelf alcohol instead of well alcohol! The food & drink is out of this world - they have lots of different options here, including different cuisines and the quality of food and drink is honestly brilliant. There’s always lots on at the hotel every day- sports: table tennis, pool/beach volley pool, yoga, basketball, kayaks, dance classes, the list can go on and on! Everything was great! Me and my wife had a wonderful time! No complaints, the food and drinks were good, they had a dj at one pool, the other pool was quiet, depending on your mood, the rooms were clean and beautiful, can’t wait to go back!
