Where is it

On a white sand beach, half way between Cancun and Playa del Carmen, close to attractions such as archeological sites, the world's second largest coral reef, the quaint fishing town of Puerto Morelos and lots of shopping. Transfer time from airport: 15 minutes.

Amazing hotel, amazing service, cater to every need. Bartenders and staff are very amazing especially alain, David, Francisco, Freddy and all the rest. Very clean, very accommodating, very good with kids also. Would recommended for family as well as couples and would most definitely return.

HOWEVER, when we were leaving, the guy at the front desk tried to charge us extra fees that we never signed up for. He said we COULD NOT LEAVE until we paid these mystery charges. We opted for the "Preferred Club" and truly enjoyed the value-add in our stay. Service across the board knocked our socks off and made up for the subprime (<4.5) resort.
