Marco and Juan were the best that you could ever want. Ask for either of the them and they will definitely take care of you. Everything from start to finish was absolutely perfect and we felt like VIP individuals in their care. 10/10 would recommended every time.

The people whocc be altered to me at the market cafe especially Cesar where probably the best!!! I was so happy with the service, ask for Cesar and Manolo !! Patricia, yazmim and Gabriela run that place so we’ll, everyone is on top of everything!!!

So many ups and downs with this hotel which is a shame. Potential is good but details let it down. Firstly, the beach is very shallow and there is sargassum but that is nature and not the hotels fault. The security at the front of the hotel and the beach is very good, you feel safe on site in this respect. We didn't, however, feel safe when someone twice walked into our room whilst we were in bed/showering. We were told the turndown service each evening meant someone would knock 3 times before entering. This did not happen. We heard one knock and before we could answer someone was walking in on us. This policy needs reviewing urgently. The quality of the food varied massively from restaurant to restaurant. The Italian was excellent, steak house decent and Asian was OK too. The market cafe was good for breakfast and lunch but very average in the evenings. There is no buffet option for dinner. The air con was also not keeping the restaurants cool enough and many people, myself included, were sweating and using napkins as sweat cloths which is far from ideal or comfortable. Dress codes at restaurants were also not upheld. We turned up in shirt and trousers and my wide in a dress and others were in jeans, flip flops, t shirts etc. One guy even wondered about with a shirt completely open whilst filling his plate and no one said a word. The pools are nice with plenty of beds and the waiters were very good and attentive. However, the drinks are massively watered down. One day we deliberately set out to get merry and after 20 cocktails I was still sober. A big let down is when pools and bars are CLOSED DOWN to general occupants for "special events" AKA corporate events. This is disgusting when we spent nearly £6k for the 2 of us for 14 nights and 3 of those days pools and/or bars were closed for our access. Disgraceful. Be aware, there is noise at night. People are not very thoughtful and doors bang, shouting etc at 3am onwards. There is also a huge bias towards those that are in the preferred club and/or buy extortionate priced bottles of wine. Those that arent/don't definitely get a lesser service and attention level. Overall it was OK but not what we imagined for the price for a honeymoon stay and we wouldn't recommend or return.
