The hotel

An adults-only haven, the All Inclusive Le Blanc blends beauty, luxury and tranquillity to create the perfect environment in which to relax completely. There are three swimming pools at your disposal, two of which are infinity pools, an outdoor Jacuzzi and a full-service spa surrounded by bamboo gardens with treatments aplenty to chase those cares away. If you’re a golf enthusiast, you’ll be spoilt for choice with two challenging, beautifully landscaped Championship courses nearby, designed by Jack Nicklaus himself. Where is it

Flanked by the beautiful Nichupte Lagoon and the Caribbean Sea, the resort is in Cancun’s hotel zone, close to culture and nightlife. Transfer time from Cancun Airport: 30 minutes.

Super nice place to stay for vacation!! Calm and relaxed atmosphere and the highlight, great food:)) The service were superb and they gave us upgrade room! I went there with my friend but there were a lot of couples enjoying their time! If you are looking for hotel in Cancun and want a luxurious and high quality service this is the place!!

They work so very hard to make you feel well cared for. From the moment you enter the hotel you are greeted by the best Diamond concierge Roger and Ingrid. They are on top of every detail to assure you will have a great time. The bartenders, Jubal, Emmanuel, Artimes,Alejandro, Ignacio and Jeannette take care you extremely well. Pool staff are amazing, Lucinda and Laura are the best. The beach crew, Luis, Christian, Henry are awesome. The lifeguards Señor Nando and Juan are wonderful people. Bellas restaurant is a great experience. You are welcome by a wonderful hostess Brenda and the waiters, Thomas, Enrique and Manny take really good care of you. Yama, greeted by Alejandra and Gerardo and waiter Elias are the best. Chef Freddy makes incredible creations and makes you feel so very special. Jihovanni, Alameda and Anna take an excellent care of you. Beauty salon. Nayeba.Lizbeth, Karina and Patricia are all Incredible. Desk concierge Angelica was always helpful. You keeping Luisa always did a great job and always had a smile. Our Female Butler Rosa as well as Eduardo and Antonio were the Best Team. So happy to see a female Butler. She was exceptional at her job. We’ve had Marco on other visits and he’s always around making sure all it’s well. Cava we loved the band “Rock Legacy” they are Incredible. They are great entertainers Richie Medina great Guitarist, Gustavo on base, REN on drums Vincenzo on key board and a fabulous lead singer Rafael, I look forward to seeing them perform every time I visit. Nightly Lobby entertainment was great. A young lady saxophonist. A great guy on an electric guitar and an amazing duo. Every night it’s a great night. Gift shop ladies, Diana, Maru and Anna, Fatima and Gina very nice and helpful. Love those girls. Rosalia in fine jewelry was great too. Brandon at member services was very helpful. Incredible stay as always and made for a wonderful honeymoon. The food was absolutely delicious, with our favorites being Yama and Bella! The pools are beautiful and I couldn’t help but be in total awe of the aesthetics. The plethora of entertainment and activities makes for a very fun time at any point in the day and it’s wonderful of the staff to be inviting us to participate. The service was great as well, it is a wonderful feeling to know that the staff was always on the lookout for anything they could do to help us. Our butlers, Rosa and Eduardo, were incredibly sweet and attentive and their future guests will have nothing but a wonderful time while staying on their floor. I will also greatly miss the hydrotherapy, there is nothing that revives you more in the morning than that after a long night! Pablo was very attentive as well. The only slight negative worth mentioning is that I couldn’t quite tell what made our honeymoon suite a honeymoon suite. I have stayed two times before, once after our engagement in 2022, but the reservation was a regular suite. Our stay this time felt about the same as our trip in 2022 without too much “honeymoon” emphasis. It did somewhat feel like we had to point out that it was our honeymoon and we were hoping for a few more extra special moments of being spoiled on our trip. Our butlers did do a wonderful job of giving us a warm special welcome each time we interacted with them once they knew about the reason for our stay. The silver lining here is that us having this feeling is most likely because of how incredibly high the bar was set on my first two trips. There is no doubt in my mind that we will make the trip out here again and even make the trip to the Cabo resort someday. Our maid, Elsbeth, thoroughly cleaned our room daily with linen changes, dusting, sweeping and mopping, etc. In the crepe shop who could be made happier. Gabriella and Ricardo are so very patient. They insure that what one requests is given to them exactly in that way. They are both very caring and never tire of serving the guest. They really need a promotion being as good at their job as they are. The spa and personal monies were very well enjoyed. We thank you for that. Butlers were a first time experience for both of us. Great to have and definitely here to make one happy. The entertainment here is wanting. The mentalist and the show on stage were entertaining. We consider the shows such as we see all the time at Moon Palace true entertainment. Singing and guitars not so much. Piano playing is a step above the singing and the guitars. Read less
