My husband and I went to Iberostars for our honeymoon and I must say the customer service was top tier. The staff ensured that we were okay and was very helpful throughout our entire stay. 🥺🔥 The food was delicious. There were so many varieties of food to choose from, which catered to everyone. The aesthetics was to die for. The environment was warm and welcoming. The environment is also child-friendly, filled with lots games and activities to include everyone. Our room was spacious and just right to suit our expectations. We received on time room service and complimentary fruits and drinks throughout our stay. This is my husband and I's fourth time staying at the Iberostar Rose Hall Suites, and it did not disappoint. We were joined on this trip by two other couples, one of the couples first time in Jamaica and at an all-inclusive resort. My husband and I are part of the Iberostar Star Prestige Club, the other 4 travelers were not. We booked through Costco Travel. There were a few set-backs on the first day of arrival, but they were quickly rectified beyond expectations. My friend accidently forgot his phone on the shuttle bus to the hotel, and the incredible Hyron was able to contact the shuttle company and personally deliver the phone back within a few hours! What a lifesaver! You, sir, are a true star! I would like to give out a HUGE shout-out to the Iberostar Star Prestige team, who were all outstanding - especially Candace and Saskia. You both are phenomenal, and I appreciate all your efforts and professionalism. These ladies went above and beyond to get our room changed and coordinate a beautiful, breathtaking, memorable beach dinner for the 6 of us. They were accommodating and beyond kind to myself and my husband, as well as the friends who had joined us. We were welcomed with a beautiful assortment of cheeses and fruits in our room, as well as a 1ltr bottle of Grey Goose. We also enjoyed wine and champagne throughout the stay. Candace was able to also obtain a Happy Birthday banner to place on my friend (non-club member) door for a few days, which was so sweet and a beloved surprise. We received exceptional service during our stay. Our lovely host Tiana (Tania?) remembered us every morning and would help us find our seat. She made sure to move around the dining room to get a different view every morning. There are two gentlemen I would like to give the highest praise to. During our private beach dinner, we were delighted to be served by Omoy, who had served us the night prior at Sole Mio Italian restaurant, where the service and food were delicious. Omoy was especially exceptional during the private dinner, being attentive to our food and drink preferences, as well as being very friendly, informative and all around wonderful. He shared stories about the island, and maintained a high level of candor when answering and asking questions. This young man will do great things! I look forward to seeing him again on our next stay. The last shout-out I would like to give is to our Star Prestige Ambassador - Fitzroy. Fitzroy - you single-handedly turned this trip from great to amazing! The ever professional, always smiling Fitzroy checked in with my husband and I repeatedly throughout our stay, checking in to make sure all of our needs were met. On our last night, we were surprised by a beautiful dinner at Aunt Ruby's, with rose petals donning the table, refreshing rose champagne, and personalized cards for all the major milestones we were collectively celebrating. We were stunned at your kindness, and true dedication to making our trip one of a kind. My husband and I were celebrating our 7-year anniversary (we got married at Iberostar suites 7 years prior) and he arranged a beautiful dessert to celebrate, as well as a Happy Birthday dessert for our friends as well. I am blown away by the personal touches, and the over and above experience he was able to provide for us. Thank you, thank you, thank you! You will be forever remembered and appreciated. Aside from the above staff who were exceptional, the hotel itself was impeccable, clean and fresh. The food was top-notch - we all had very different tastes, and found something extremely enjoyable at all the restaurants and buffets. We ate at The Japanese Samurai Restaurant at the beach resort, Sole Mio, Tsuki, Private Beach dinner and Aunt Rubys - were all amazing. One other major highlight was the Foam Party. We hadn't experienced this on our other stays, but it was a riot! One small complaint made by everyone in our party: we tried a few times to attend the shows in the Black River theater - and while they seemed very well done and entertaining, the volume was so, so, so, so loud that it was unbearable to stay and watch. This was the case for all shows. We did enjoy the music and ambiance of the lobby bar though, and spent our evening in that area instead. Can't wait to return to paradise soon! The IBEROSTAR ROSEHALL SUITES was our first resort and all-inclusive experience. It was also our first time to Jamaica. We bought our package through Costco Travel. We went as a group of 3 couples, and one couple had been there several times and are prestige members. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience. For us, the experience was enhanced by our interactions with a couple of the staff. It was clean and the food was pleasantly enjoyable. Fitzroy, working with the prestige team, helped us organize a beautiful and special feeling night at Aunt Ruby for a wedding anniversary and a birthday. Fitzroy arranged a beautiful table for our group of 6, and even created personalized cards for the night. It was really a great feeling experience! Fitzroy went above and beyond. Omoy, was an excellent server for our group dinner on the beach (in front of Aunt Ruby's). Omoy was pleasant, friendly, and responsive throughout the dinner. Omoy answered our questions about things to do locally, and gave us good guidance. The conversation with Omoy was appreciated. Of course, not everything was perfect, but well within reasonable expectations. We were really pleasantly surprised with the overall experience. Read less

Having twice previously stayed next door at sister resort, Iberostar Rose Hall Beach, decided to try the Suites. Thirty mins shuttle ride, 2 quick stops to drop off other guests. Return trip to airport was not pleasant. Took 70 mins, and too many stops picking up guests at other hotels. Jamaica tours was our provider. Both drivers were great. Lovely resort, clean, nicely landscaped, easy walking distance to everything from all rooms. Stayed 2 wks, in nicely appointed oceanfront suite. Lots of dresser and closet space; and plenty of lighting. Plumbing, electrical etc worked very well. No shelf in shower to hold toiletries. Can always buy mesh bag at dollar store, and hang it off door handle. Housekeeping staff did great job. Glass bottles for your room are provided for filling with purified drinking water from dispensers throughout resort. Reservations no longer required for a-la-carte restaurants. We dined at Sole Mio (Italian) twice. Chicken parmesan, and also the fish were delicious. Omray, very pleasant and professional fellow was our waiter both evenings. Rest of our meals were at Miranda Hill buffet (some outdoor tables). Must try the chocolate cake; very dark, not sweet, and oh so decadent. Our thanks to beautiful Kimberly, the best pastry chef. Sasha-Gay, what a kind heart she has, thank you for the introduction to tofu. Burgers, hot dogs, fries, and samosas/beef patties available from beach food truck. Beachside jerk chicken very tasty, but because of how it's chopped up, beware of small bones. Selection and quality of food and drink was very good. Never heard of any illness complaints. Be prepared to scan apps to view restaurant and bar menu items. Three huge round concrete slabs hang from buffet ceiling. Not only did we find them ugly, but with all sounds bouncing off of them, it got very noisy very quickly. Everyone, except for 1 person, provided excellent service. Staff were professional, courteous, and smiles were genuine. We would also like to thank our lovely beach waitresses, Gleanise and Krystal. Note for management. The young lads working in the food truck would certainly benefit from a few fans to help with air circulation. Plenty of chairs around pools, and on beach. Some snorkeling. Bit of sargassum washed up, but wasn't a problem. As others have mentioned, lots of seagrass in shallow water, with some clear patches. Not a pretty blue, but still very enjoyable. If relaxing near Aunt Ruby Beach Steak & Seafood restaurant, and need a washroom, it's located behind Star Club sign next to restaurant. Should you decide to join Iberostar Club, you can enjoy canopied beds and cushioned chairs located at Iberostar Beach, at the edge of Suites property. Iberostar Grand has it's own club area. Entertainment pretty much ended at 10 p.m. Was fine with us, got a good night's sleep. Star Cafe, open 24/7, serves delicious drinks and snacks. Cheerfully decorated. Just down the hall is guest services office, where you can drop off, or pick up a paperback. Complete online customs declaration form. Or, complete it upon arrival (paper copies were also available). Proceed to next kiosk, answer few more questions, picture is taken. Proceed to customs officer for processing. Very much enjoyed another holiday at an Iberostar property. We have vacationed at several Iberostars, and can honestly say this resort chain is still our favorite. Read less

Iberostar suites has been one of my best vacation experience to date. The property is beautiful, loaded with fun activities and the best part of my experience was the warm and excellent service of the staff. The staff went above and beyond to create an exceptional experience for me and my family. If Traveling with family and kids, this is a great choice. The rooms are spacious and the bed comfy. Infinity pool and pool activities were fun. Food is great, Lots of restaurants on property to choose from, Aunt Ruby's and the hibachi(beaches) restaraunt were my favorites. Just an overall Excellent brand, property and staff. I loved it. I give them a 10 out of 10. I will definitely be coming back. Read less
