Kristine works the front desk at the Grand Hyatt Reserve and has always been so polite and accommodating to our whole family. My son checked in one day before we arrived and she made sure he was checked into his room and had everything he needed. This provided us a sense of comfort knowing he was being looked out for. Five ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had such a good experience with Breion today. Very kind and helpful delivered our bags ice and was able to get us a fridge for our room and a crib for the little one! We really appreciate your hospitality- keep up the good work!! Will definitely come back - great experience so far! Everyone is SO KIND!

As a family of teenagers, we traveled for a 3-day Mother’s Day celebration. Having been to Baja Mar before, we had high expectations. Each of which was met! Clean, well appointed rooms, beautiful amenities and helpful staff. Just be prepared—food and activity costs are sky high. If not prepared, this could impact your trip.
