The hotel

This beachfront resort is situated right on the pristine white sands and turquoise waters of Cable Beach. Just a 10-minute drive from both the capital city, Nassau, and the Lynden Pindling International Airport, Breezes Bahamas is in an idyllic location. With an abundance of room choices each with their own distinctive features and views, whatever you choose will make your stay a unique one. If there was one word to describe this resort it would be lively, with activities like reggae classes, water sports, talent shows and karaoke, you’ll have lots of interesting stories to share with friends and family.

Where is it

On Cable Beach. Close to Nassau on New Providence island. A short walk via a lit walkway to Baha Mar which features a casino, shops and restaurants. Transfer time from airport: 10 - 14 minutes.

Hotel information

400 rooms on up to 8 floors with 4 lifts. All with air-conditioning, Juliette balconies, satellite TV, CD player, tea/coffee-making facilities (available on request), WiFi, iron and board and hairdryer. Classic Rooms are located in both towers with garden views, with either 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

All Inclusive of: all meals and drinks (premium brands) by the glass, hotel taxes and all activities and entertainment listed above unless otherwise stated.

Ocean View Rooms, with the same facilities as Classic Rooms, but with views across Cable Beach to the sea, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Ocean Front Rooms are located on 2nd to 6th floors with unobstructed views of the beach and ocean, with either 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Beachfront Patio Rooms face the ocean and are located on the ground floor with direct beach front access through floor-to-ceiling glass doors. They have a private patio, personal mini-fridge and private beach cabana with cocktail service and sleep maximum 2 adults.

One-Bedroom Ocean Front Suites are larger with a separate bedroom and seating area, and have unobstructed views of the beach and ocean, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Presidential Suites have an open plan living and dining space, and panoramic views of the beach and ocean, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

4 restaurants: buffet dining at The Banana Boat and more elegant dining at The Garden of Eden (continental à la carte), Martinos (Italian pasta bar), Munasun (à la carte Asian cuisine) and a poolside grill for quick snacks. 4 bars. Please note: some facilities may be closed until further notice

Hurricanes disco, piano bar. Tropical shows, steel-pan bands, guest and staff talent show, karaoke nights, weekly theme parties.

3 swimming pools including misting pool and Jacuzzi. 24-hour fitness centre. Kayaks, paddle boats, paddle boards and view boards, with qualified instructors. Basketball and volleyball. 3 floodlit tennis courts, table tennis, jogging trail, board games and TV area with giant satellite screen. Golf nearby*. Special activities: sumo wrestling, bouncy boxing, body-painting contest and reggae classes.

Never again. The resort was Outdated, rundown and overrun by high schoolers looking to get wasted. When you walk the property it feels like it’s been left in time. Never again. The resort was Outdated, rundown and overrun by high schoolers looking to get wasted. When you walk the property it feels like it’s been left in time. Remnants of the old trapeze and tennis courts look like the zombie apocalypse happened. The food choices were limited. Some of the restaurants we wanted to try were closed during most of our stay so the only food options we had were by the pool or the main buffet . The food offerings at the buffets were very repetitive. The drinks were often made without alcohol unless you specifically asked for it and when we did they were rarely mixed properly. The staff was not particularly friendly or accommodating . The beach was just ok but seemed a little on the dirty side. Lots of trash from food prompted the seabirds to flock and bother guests.This property really needs a complete overhaul. It feels stuck in time compared to so many other all inclusive resorts . We ended up exploring Baha Mar and Atlantis most days.Would not recommend at all unless you’re 17 . Read less

Breezes is such an amazing resort! The food at all 3 restaurants and the buffet is great and the drinks were awesome! They hold different events each day and there’s lots to do with the Baha Mar right next door and excursions offered right at the beach. The clearest blue water I’ve ever seen in my life! Best deal for a resort in the Bahamas can’t beat having as much food as you want and it’s so good. Beach is even better tho, prob the best beach in the whole area. Staff is soooo friendly and tend to your every need. The 3 restaurants are fantastic!

Breezes Resort checks all the boxes…Food, entertainment, rooms, and beach were outstanding…traveled with my family and we had a blast..The staff were very friendly and accommodating…we will absolutely be back!!!! We give Breezes a 10 out of 10…

I came for spring break with my high school senior and friends. We got the day pass for breezes and it was amazing. All you can eat and drink all day! They had different food choices throughout the day. Kids were eating hamburgers and fries while I was enjoying jerk chicken with salad. Will do it again hopefully soon!
